And here we are at the 2009 Gold Coast Marathon Festival:

Everybody is welcome to our tent, particularly interstate and overseas visitors.

All we ask is that you contact in the days prior to the event, so as we can organise the catering(which is basic).

Our tent is ideally located for those not running to view the race, and for the Half Marathoner runners, to watch the marathon after their race.

Non-running partners are particularly welcome.

We normally set the tent up at 5AM, and it remains in place till about Noon, or a bit later.

For those who are on the coast for the afternoon after the race, between 2PM and 4PM we will be having lunch/drinks at the Southport Surf Life Saving Club(SLSC).
