Tuesday Nights

6PM Start, from No 35 Herrick St, Mt Gravatt(UBD 181/A-19)

Cost: $2-00/person

Distance: 12km, but with the option to run up to 20km

Thursday Mornings

These training sessions are not regular, and you must be on our email list to find out the details.

Thursday Nights

6PM, from the QE11 Stadium, Nathan (UBD 352/L-18)

Meet, near Toilet Block, opposite Grandstand entrance, at 5-45PM for warm up.

This is a "Speed Session"

Saturday Mornings

6AM Start, at Carpark for 'University Oval 1', near the corner of Kessels and Troughton Roads, Nathan.(UBD352/C-19)

This is a trail run, generally of between 10km and 14km. The Trails vary from Bitumen Walking tracks to unsealed forest trails(50/50)

This is a reasonably 'solid' run, and you should have the ability to run a 10km in at least 55mins to run with us.

For beginners, it is possible to shorten the run to about 8km, on a 4km out and back format

Sunday Mornings

These runs are more for those focusing on Marathons, with a target time faster than 4hrs 30mins(With some runners targeting the low 3hr bracket), and range from 21km up to 34km, at various venues.

You must be on our email list to find out further details.

You do not have to be a member to get on our email list, but once you start running with us on a regular(But not necessarily a frequent basis), you are expected to become a member.
